ipsy - adj. (ip-see) - [origin - breakfast with my wife]  - an uncomfortable feeling, usually associated with thinking about doing something or thinking about the possibility of something that is both weird and bad in some indescribable way.  Also, usually accompanied with a facial expression involving a smooshing of the lips revealing 3 or more teeth combined with significant movement of at least one eyebrow in the downward direction. syn.  jibly.  "I don't know about you, but whenever I think about Sarah Palin becoming president, I get ipsy."
